Supersets & the rest timer
The rest timer
Checking off a set starts the timer automatically — per-exercise override or your account default, ±15 s nudges, skippable, with optional sound and vibration. It survives page reloads and follows you across tabs. Hosted over HTTPS, it also alerts on the phone lock screen, which is where you are actually looking between sets.
Supersets
A superset chains an exercise with the next one in the workout. Rest behaves the way supersets are meant to work: no timer between the paired exercises, one full rest after the group's last set. Cards wear an A/B group badge so you can see the pairing at a glance.
Two ways to build one:
- In the picker — Add superset in the add-exercise sheet asks for two exercises and adds them pre-linked. Dismissing halfway simply leaves the first pick as a normal exercise.
- From the card menu — Superset with next links any exercise with the one below it (drag them adjacent first). Same menu unlinks.
